Griffin Boss

Griffin Boss is an Equity Research Analyst in the Discovery Group with B. Riley Securities. He joined the firm as an associate analyst in December 2021 and was promoted to research analyst in August 2023.

Prior to B. Riley Securities, he was Portfolio Manager at Ragnar Capital LLC, a boutique investment fund, which he founded in October 2019. At Ragnar, he actively managed a portfolio of small- and mid-cap equity securities with a blended focus on value and growth and led the equity research and capital allocation processes. Prior to Ragnar, he was a Revenue Operations Manager at Magnite (formerly Rubicon Project), a supply-side digital programmatic advertising platform, where he oversaw the onboarding process for new publishers and worked directly with the global sales, finance, and legal teams.

Mr. Boss has completed Level I of the CFA Program and holds an MBA in Capital Markets and Investments from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California.
